Effi provides comprehensive analytics that allows users to monitor and evaluate the performance of their live events and unlock valuable insights. Follow these steps to access and navigate analytics effectively:

Accessing Analytics

Log In to Your Effi Account

First, log in to your Effi account. Use your registered email address and password or sign in with Google or Microsoft to access your dashboard.

Navigate to Analytics

Once you are logged in, you will see the Effi logo at the top left corner of the page. Click on this logo to open the main menu. This menu is your gateway to various features and sections of the Effi platform. Find and click on the "Analytics" options.

If you haven't streamed any events yet, Analytics will open on the Trends page prompting you to start streaming.  Otherwise, depending on how many events you've hosted Analytics will either open on the Events page, if you've only hosted a single event, or the Trends page if you've hosted multiple events.  Keep reading to learn more about Events, Trends, and the rest of the pages in Analytics.

Events Page

If you have only organized a single event so far, clicking on the "Analytics" option will direct you straight to the Events page. Here, you will find specific data and metrics related to that particular event. This includes the information such as viewer numbers, engagement levels and other key performance indicators. You will also find the interactive video player which, with the help of our AI, breaks down your event into segments and allows you to evaluate audience sentiment, mood, voting responses and key metrics, segment by segment.

Trends Page

If you have organized multiple events, clicking on the "Analytics" option will take you to the Trends page. This page allows you to select a time period and provides a comprehensive overview of multiple events, allowing you to compare performance metrics across different events. You can spot trends, analyze patterns, track growth, and identify areas for improvement.

Reports

Reports is where you will be able to gather and transform data from your events into reports that you can share with your team. You are able to compile the data you want how you want. Choose to compile data from one or multiple events, choose which metrics you want to include, choose if you'd like a detailed view, a more macro view, or both. You can build custom reports and save them as a template for later, or choose one of our pre-built templates designed with specific goals in mind.

Exploring Analytics

Depending on how many events you've hosted, your default analytics page will change. But you will always have access to both the Events and the Trends page at any time.
